While we strive for high accuracy, this is NOT the official exam. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official driving theory test. The official questions and rules are subject to change by local transport authorities.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in suspicious activity.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Pass shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to failing an exam, loss of data, or service interruptions.
